Share Information via Communication Tasks
Share information with your students using our Communication Task feature. You can include things like details on your fall Outdoor Trips, your fall Group Fitness schedule, information on your fall Intramural offerings, and more! You can send a message to all student members. An example of criteria for this type of task can be found below. Capture Waivers from New Students
Want to ensure your new students have waivers signed? You can include the link to your Member Portal on the email mentioned above. If the waiver is set to prompt upon login, then they will be prompted to sign the waiver upon clicking the link! For more information on waiver configuration, please visit Fusion Foundations: Waivers.
You can also post QR codes to direct to the Member Portal throughout your Facility. Hang it on your doors and students can sign the waiver on their way to your front desk. Even better...you can bring the QR code to welcome event tables and have them sign it there!

Fusion Wave
Share Information via Fusion Wave Widgets
Fusion Wave offers a variety of widgets that allow you to share information with your patrons. You can use the image widget to share marketing materials, such as advertisements for upcoming Intramural Leagues or other Programs. Pair them with a QR code widget to direct patrons to registration.
You can also use our Calendar or Program widget to share upcoming events and Programs.

Share Information via Ad Banners and Notifications
Share information about upcoming events using Ad Banners. These Ad Banners include links, and upon clicking on the Ad Banner, users will be redirected to the linked location. In the example below, we've included an example of a Dodgeball Tournament advertisement. For more information on Ad Banners, please visit the Ads lesson in our FusionGO Training.
FusionGO also allows you to send information using Notifications! Notifications will appear in the FusionGO app for users. You can choose to include Push Notifications, as well. Welcome students back to campus and share your upcoming events through these Notifications! Fusion Play includes a Communications feature that allows you to share notifications with users! You can send a notification to last year's participants welcoming them back and sharing your upcoming leagues.
