Looking for the best way to utilize the Calendar functions within Fusion? This workshop will cover tips & tricks on managing your calendars to communicate with your members and internal staff. We will also look at unique ways to report on your facility usage to ensure your Annual Reports can include specific data on space usage.

What can I expect to learn from this workshop?
Develop in-depth knowledge in the following Fusion modules:
- Facility Schedule Reporting
Be able to identify:
- Key Fusion language and terms utilized by front-line staff and members
- Common aspects of errors members or staff may encounter
- Areas to enhance for more streamlined scheduling procedures
Obtain a better understanding of:
- Functionality options within the Calendar view, such as the search tool, facility activity types, and narrowing down who can see what spaces and information
- Common tips with displaying facility availability on your Member Portal, within FusionGO, and on digital signage screens with Fusion Wave
